When will my tux rental come in?
- If you have rented a tux with us it will be in Tuesday the week of the day you need it (unless specified otherwise).
- We ALWAYS call when the tux's arrive, however sometimes technology fails us and some calls won't go through, in which case we always welcome you to call us first to confirm!
How long will it take to get my orders?
- It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What do I do if I need to make a return?
- If you need to make a return, we ask that you either call us, contact us through the contact page.
