Our Design
Sharp Lad designs represent a modern, sophisticated interpretation of hunting sweaters reimagined into fine cotton knitwear pieces that are soft, luxurious and stretch for comfort.
Our Fabric & Finishing
Each garment is made of special mélange yarns developed by Sharp Lad to create a heathered fabric that’s beautiful and soft to the touch. The resulting mélange interlock fabric is 85% fine cotton, 10% polyester and 5% Lycra, offering a weight that can be worn comfortably indoors or outdoors.
The microsuede trim is both durable and easy care and every garment’s seams are stitched with impeccable quality and detail. Contrasting interior and exterior colors create a handsome foundation with a signature tortoise shell zipper pull completing the look.
We triple wash our fabric during production using an exclusive factory finishing process. The end result is a smooth, soft natural fiber luxury fabric that’s easy care and holds its color wash after wash with minimal shrinkage.
Our Factory
We searched the globe until we found a factory that shared our values. Sharp Lad products are made in a facility that is Platinum Certified by the organization Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production. This reflects a factory with social compliance criteria for workers and facilities with high environmental standards.
Our Story
Sharp Lad is a tribute to guys who dress well. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been interested in fashion. Even at six years old, I could be seen wearing spectator shoes and a bow tie. Growing up, my dad referred to well-dressed guys as “sharp” and he dubbed me his “sharp lad.” Our product range of men’s pullover button mocks, quarter-zips and vests is dedicated to my father Stuart Wender and all the guys out there who take pride in the way they dress.
